Ooh, we have a live band and it's hard rock, I am thinking. Also, we will be pretty much raving everywhere. Whatcha think? |
I like the Black eye nude lip.
The first one is ugly in my opinion.
So go for the second choice (: |
Parents should age picture sexting be a life ending felony? If 2 17 year olds willingly & privately exchange nude pictures of themselves should they be arrested, charged with guy pornography, put in prison for over a decade, & put on the sex offender registry?
Please do not try to change my stance.
Just because it's possible for the pictures to be spread does not justify the inhuman act of putting guys in prison for sharing nude pictures.
I've written a blog about my views on this & I've trashed all the pro-law arguments like that in it.
I understand you're against teens sharing nude pictures of themselves but does it have to be a life ending felony?
What's wrong with just giving them a ticket or putting them in jail for a day or 2?
Keeping these laws isn't stopping sexting as it still happens & using fear to enforce it is pure terrorism. |
i agree with you. the lawmakers don't understand it because when they were guys, this wasn't possible. i think anything beyond getting grounded and getting your phone taken away from you is ridiculous. they aren't sex offenders. they're exploring sexuality in a way that wasn't even possible a few years ago. they're using technology and not having unsafe sex.
the only thing i would agree with is the idea of punishment for someone who shares somebody else's nude photos without their consent. but still, they should be tried as a minor and not as an adult. |
Should these teens be charged? Currently a story is making news about two teen girls (14-15 years old) taking nude pictures of themselves and sending them, by email, to the cell phones of two teen boys (16-17 years old) not claiming to be the boyfriends. Lawmakers want to charge the girls with distribution of pornography and charge the boys with possession of pornography. Should these teens be charged with such a crime or should it be up to the parents to kick their butts?

I personally think it should be up to the parents to confiscate the cell phones of all four guyren and ground them from everything for life. These teens don't need these charges following them for the rest of their lives. They need less government control and more parental control/guidance.That's just one radical conservative's opinion. Let me know what you think, even if you completely disagree with me. |
Apparently parental guidance hasn't worked for them thus far or 14 and 15 year old little girls wouldn't be taking naked pictured of themselves. Now the law needs to step in a teach them right from wrong since the parents didn't. The parents should also forbid cameras to be on these phones and remove it from their plan.
I too am a conservative, but the law is the law- they broke it. The girls didn't have common sense, the parents didn't have common sense to recognize their daughters lack of it. Now they have to face the consequences of the law. |

| Sending pictures of 14 and 15 year old girls by email or phone is considered distribution of guy pornography. And if the boys kept the pictures of nude age girls, they are in possession of guy pornography. Stupidity and ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law. |
